I read the children’s book called, ‘The
Great Balloon Hallaballoo,’ yesterday.
This children’s book was written by
Peter Bently and beautifully illustrated by Mei Matsuoka.
It’s a delightful children’s picture
book about a squirrel called Simon and a hot air balloon.
When Simon the squirrel’s mum gives him
a shopping list that includes cheese, he takes an unusual balloon ride into
space.
In the milky way he visits planets and
meets aliens where he obtains the things from the shopping list.
Returning to Earth Simon has all the
things from the shopping list except one, the cheese.
Oh no, what do you think will happen
when Simon’s mum find’s out that he’s forgotten to get the cheese?

A delightful fantasy book, that inspires
