How To Win A Race?

I read the children’s book called, ‘Ready, Set, Go,’ the other day.

This children’s book was written by Robert Munsch and is beautifully illustrated by Michael Martchenko.

It’s a delightful children’s picture book that tells the tale of a young girl named Miranda and how she accidently won a race.

Miranda’s father had entered a race and needed some water to drink before it started, so to help, Miranda went to get a bottle of water for him.

Unfortunately, before she could get back to him the horn was heard which started the race, undeterred Miranda looked for her father chasing after each runner to find out where he was.

She didn’t know it at the time, but she’d beaten all the other runners and won the race.

To find out if Miranda found her father in the end why not read the book, or you could with parental guidance watch the story on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

It’s a great book for children and adults to read for it shows that you’re never too old to run in a race or to accidently win!
