I watched Rastamouse on
CBeebies some time ago, my grandson really likes the series.
Rastamouse is a stop
motion children’s series. It was created by Genevieve Webster and Michael De
Souza.
The children’s series is
about a crime fighting reggae band called Da Easy Crew featuring Rastamouse,
Scratchy and Zoomer.
The theme tune is catchy;
it’s definitely worth watching the children will love it.
The programmes start with President
Wensley Dale contacting the Easy Crew in order to solve a mystery.
Once the mystery is
solved, the culprit is made to pay for his crime by helping the community, or
should I say make a bad thing good!
My favourite character is
Rastamouse; he is a logical mouse that likes to help everyone especially the
little orphans; his music is good too!
In my opinion this series
sends a positive message to children; the culprit in each series has to make
good the bad thing they had done, encouraging them to change their ways.
My final thought, Rastamouse
is a positive role model; we need more Rastamouse’s in the world, are you one?
