I read the children’s
book called, “Don’t be a Bully Billy.”
Written by Phil Roxbee Cox and illustrated by Jan McCafferty.
This children’s
story is a cautionary tale about a bully called Billy. He makes all the
children at school unhappy and sad.
Then one day a
new kid arrives and Billy as usual bullies him taking away his ball which he
refuses to give back, but that was until he meets the new kid’s big brother who
I’d say is sort of out of this world!
I say hooray
for the new kid.
Unfortunately bullies
come in all shapes and sizes and can be found in all types of establishments
and environments.
So if you’re
worried about bullying, why not read this book or listen to the story on
Youtube with your child then after you can calmly ask random questions about
school, this way you may learn the truth.
