Do Cat's Smile?

I read the children’s book called, ‘Nat the Cat’s Sunny Smile,’ yesterday.

This children’s book was written and illustrated by Jez Alborough.

It’s a delightful rhyming children’s book, about Nat the cat and her sunny smile.

When Nat the cat knocks for her friends Hugo the hare and Billy the goat to go on a picnic they were both having a bad day and refused her invitation, but that didn’t stop Nat the cat she was going to have a picnic anyway.

However Nat the cat finds that it’s not fun having a picnic on your own, she feels lonely and her smile begins to fade. She wanted to share the picnic with her friends.

Then suddenly Hugo the hare and Billy the goat appear, it brings a smile to her face, happy to be together again the friends share the picnic and afterwards they sing a song and play.

It’s a lovely children’s story that encourages friendship and sharing, that I’d recommend reading with young children.

So read it now or watch it on YouTube and tell me what you think.

Can Ducks Bat?

The other morning I read the children’s book called, ‘Hit The Ball Duck.’

This children’s book was written and is beautifully illustrated by Jez Alborough.

It’s a lovely rhyming children’s story about some friends and their attempt to retrieve their ball from a tree.

Duck and his friends go to the park to play baseball but when the ball gets stuck in the tree the friends try to free it, but will they succeed?

The only way to find out is to read it now or watch it on YouTube then you can tell me what you think?

It’s a delightful book that I’d recommend reading with young children.

This children’s book encourages friendship and teamwork.

So remember guys don’t play ball games near trees or you could be in the same position as Duck!

Can Dogs Fly?

The other afternoon I read the children’s book called, ‘Some Dogs Do.’

This children’s book was written and illustrated by Jez Alborough.

It’s a children’s story about a dog called Sid.

Suddenly when Sid walks to school, he’s picked up by the wind and finds out that he can fly.

When he tells his friends at school, they don’t believe him and think that he’s telling tales, this makes Sid sad.

At home his dad tells him a secret to cheer him up, it makes him grin from ear to ear, but I can’t tell you, coz it’s a secret.

It’s a delightful book that I’d recommend reading with young children.

So read it now or watch it on YouTube to learn Sid’s dad’s secret and tell me what you think?
