Are Alien’s Communicating With Us?

The question is, “Are alien’s communicating with us?”

In August 2017, some strange signals were picked up from a distant galaxy that astronomers labelled FRB 121102.

These short fast radio bursts commonly known as FRBs had first been detected in 2001, and then again in 2015.

However, the experts claim they have no idea of what’s actually causing them.

All they know is that these radio signals are powerful and super-fast and come from a distant corner of the universe.

Currently all the experts can do is keep monitoring them.

So, is it possible that these signals are meant for other aliens?

It could be a galactic welcome or a warning not to land on their world?

For I believe alien technology is so much more advanced than ours, that if they truly wanted to get in touch with us it wouldn’t be through a short radio burst.

But hey, I’m no astronomer, what do you think?

A Fish Out Of Water

I read the children’s book called, ‘A Fish Out of Water.’

This children’s book was written by Helen Palmer, with illustrations by P.D. Eastman.

It’s a delightful children’s picture book that tells the tale of a boy and his fish called Otto.

When the boy buys a fish from Mr Carp he’s told how to feed it.

“One spot of food and no more.”

However, the boy doesn’t listen to Mr Carps wise words and after giving Otto more food he begins to grow bigger and bigger.

Now Otto’s enormous and too big for the house too.

What will the boy do?

To find out what happens to Otto, why not read the book or watch it on YouTube.

I can tell you that it has an interesting ending.

So, read it or watch it, then you can tell me what you think and remember don’t overfeed your fish, or the same might happen to you.

This is a great story that young children will like.

Can Galaxies Collide?

The question is, “Can Galaxies Collide?”

I read an article that stated there was a galaxy called 0402+379, 750 million light years away that has two super-massive black holes.

It’s believed they’re going to merge.

When this happens, it could show the course of what will happen in several billion years from now.

For both our galaxy the Milky Way and the Andromeda galaxy, both with black holes are also set on a collision course.

So, where will this leave Earth?

Could Earth be destroyed or move into a black hole within another galaxy?

Also, what will happen to the Sun, will it follow?

Who knows, fortunately, I won’t be here in a billion years to find out.

But as our planet is continuously abused by air pollution, chemical spraying, fracking and the destruction to our planet’s surface, will Earth even be here to witness it.

I fear not.

But hey, I’m no Astronomer, what do you think?

The Singing Mermaid

I read the children’s picture book called, ‘The Singing Mermaid,’ the other day.

This children’s book was written by Julia Donaldson and is beautifully illustrated by Lydia Monk.

It tells the tale of a happy mermaid that loves to sing.

She sings to the fish under the ocean, and to the birds flying high, and to the small creatures that live on the sea shore.

Then one day, Sam Sly’s Circus comes to town. Tempted by fame and fortune the mermaid’s persuaded by Sam to leave Silversands and the deep blue sea, to sing in a pool at the circus instead.

Unfortunately, Sam had lied, and instead of the mermaid living in a pool, he kept her in a fish tank instead.

This is a great book that teaches young children not to be too trusting.

As parents, we all know you never get something for nothing, there’s either a catch or ulterior motive. In Sam Sly’s case it was to make fame and fortune for himself, the greedy fellow.

To find out what happens at the end of the book and to see if the mermaid escapes read the book now or watch it on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

Now the tables would be turned as the Authoritians did not stand a chance against, “Olesia.” Defender of mankind and the universe!

The Pigeon Needs a Bath

I read the children’s picture book called, ‘The Pigeon Needs a Bath,’ the other afternoon.

This children’s book was written and illustrated by Mo Willems.

This delightful witty children’s book tells the tale of a pigeon that needs a bath.

Pigeon makes every excuse as to why he shouldn’t bathe until the flies tell him to take one.

Then once in the bath pigeon finds it quite enjoyable and stays in the water far too long.

Now he won’t get out of the water!

If you want to find out how long pigeon stayed in the bath water for, then read the book or watch the story now on YouTube.

Then you can tell me if he beat your record for staying in the bath.

It’s a great story for young children to read at bedtime especially after bath time.
