I read the children’s book called, ‘Henry
and Mudge,’ the other morning.
This children’s book was written by Cynthia
Rylant and illustrated by Sucie Stevenson.
It’s a delightful children’s picture
book about a little boy named Henry who was lonely.
Henry had no brothers, no friends on
the street to play with or even a pet, so when his parents agreed to him having
a dog he was overjoyed.
He named his dog Mudge and they were
inseparable that was until Mudge decided to go for a walk on his own.
Without Henry by his side Mudge got
lost.
Back home Henry was sad that his dog
Mudge was lost.
Not giving up Henry went in search of
his dog, but will he find Mudge?
This is a beautiful story for young
children about the love between a little boy and his dog.
It has a happy ending that children
will like.
Why not read the book or watch the
video on YouTube then you can tell me what you think of the story?
