Alan’s Big Scary Teeth

I read the children’s book called, ‘Alan’s Big Scary Teeth.’

This children’s book was written and illustrated by Jarvis.

It’s a delightful children’s picture book that tells the tale of a very scary alligator called Alan.

Now Alan liked to scare the jungle animals with his big scary teeth but little did they know they were not his own. They were false!

Every evening before bedtime Alan would take out his false teeth to sleep.

Then one morning he awoke to find his false teeth had disappeared.

What had happened to his sharp snappy teeth?

How could he scare the jungle animals with just his gums?

Would he remain toothless forever?

What do you think?

To find out what happens why not read the book or watch it on YouTube then you can tell me what you think.

It’s a great book for young children that has a snappy ending.

Did Egyptians Build A Pyramid In Japan?

The question is, “Did Egyptians build a pyramid in Japan?”

Surprisingly, there is a mysterious pyramid estimated to be 10,000 years old that lies on the southern coast of Yonaguni, Japan.

Some scientists claim that the large blocks had formed naturally due to tectonic movement, whilst others believe that an ancient civilization had existed with these being the remnants.

So, however this structure came to be, it’s interesting to me that it’s beneath the ocean, and not on land.

However, I don’t believe that tectonic plate movement created a pyramid. Just check out the perfect pyramid shaped rock formation.

I do believe that tectonic plate movement caused the pyramid to be claimed by the sea, but that it was built by an ancient civilization.

But hey, I’m no archaeologist.

What’s A Squash And A Squeeze?

I read the children’s book called, ‘A Squash And A Squeeze.’

This children’s book was written by Julia Donaldson and beautifully illustrated by Axel Scheffler.

It’s a delightful children’s picture book that tells the tale of a little old lady who grumbles about her small little house.

When a wise old man hears the little old lady moaning about how small her house was, he gives her some tips.

But after listening to the wise old man the little old lady ends up taking in all the farm animals leaving her no space in her small house to move.

What will she do next?

Can the wise man solve the problem or will the little old lady have to live like this forever?

To find out what happens in the end, why not read the book or watch it on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

It’s a great book for both young children and adults to read, very inspirational.

Are There Aliens In Our Oceans?

The question is, “Are there aliens in our oceans?”

With man wanting to venture upwards to the stars it makes me wonder why they don’t want to venture below the waves.

So, I’d say the answer to the question, is yes.

Are researchers and scientists afraid to delve deeper below the surface to find out what’s down there, or do they know something but aren’t telling us?

Could it be that they’re trying to protect us from the truth, or to what’s really in our oceans?

I think not, with satellites that can zoom to ground level, and equipment that’s been used to show underground ruins, I find it hard to believe that someone hasn’t got evidence of what’s in our oceans.

But hey, I’m no scientist.

What do you think?

Do You See Red?

I read the children’s book called, ‘Seeing Red.’

This children’s book was written by Robert Munsch, and beautifully illustrated by Michael Martchenko.

It’s a delightful children’s picture book that tells the tale of two friends and their hair.

When Arie’s friend Alex who has black hair wants to know the secret to having red hair like Arie, he’s told to eat ten tomatoes, drink ketchup and hot Mexican pepper sauce.

After school, Alex follows Arie’s instructions, but his hair remained the same colour. The only thing different was his mouth, it was burning like it was on fire. He realized then that his friend had played a joke on him.

The following day at school he told Arie that his hair had turned red but he preferred it black.

Arie was intrigued. He wanted to know how he could change his red hair to black.

Will Alex be a good friend and tell him the truth or will he tell him the secret of how to turn his red hair, black!

To find out how the story ends, why not read the book or watch it on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

It’s a great book for young children that encourages friendship and telling the truth.
