What Are Geoglyphs?

The question is, “What Are Geoglyphs?”

Geoglyphs are huge images that were carved into the Peruvian desert by the ancient Nazca people in the first and sixth centuries. They were first spotted from the air in 1939.

These huge images were thought to be carved by removing the reddish brown stones that cover the surface which exposed a lighter colour underneath. The images are of animals, birds, insects, pottery, textiles, flowers, plants, trees, spirals, triangles and rectangles.

Experts believe that some geoglyphs lines were to be prayed and danced upon to ask for rain, where some could be of a more spiritual nature.

Although these huge images are visible from the foothills they are best viewed from the air, so with that in mind, who were they designed for?

With images so huge that can only really be seen from the air, my opinion is that they are landmarks that gave guidance to small aircraft's to possible landing sites.

Aviation technology advanced during the twentieth century, but we’re talking here about the first and sixth century when these drawings were first carved out!

In China 400 BCE which is the fourth century, a toy helicopter rotor called the Bamboo-copter and also known as the bamboo dragonfly or Chinese top was created. It was able to fly when its shaft was rapidly spun. This toy was introduced into Europe and made appearances in some paintings.

So armed with this information, could it be possible that aviation had been invented a lot earlier with the creation of a flying device that was inspired by the drawing of this Chinese helicopter toy?

A Load Of Bones?

I read the children’s book called, ‘My Truck Is Stuck.’

This children’s book was written by Kevin Lewis and illustrated by Daniel Kirk.

This children’s book tells the story of a dump truck that gets stuck in a hole.

And when a car, van, jeep, and bus, stop to help pull the dump truck out from the hole they are unsuccessful.

Suddenly a tow truck and mechanic appear and at last the dump truck is freed to go on its way and deliver its load, or will it?

To find out what happens next, either read the book or go on Youtube and watch the story then you can tell me what you think, and what the dump truck’s load is.

A clue is in the title?

Is Earth A School?

The question is, “Is Earth a School?”

Look around, what do you see?

Humans have built structures and houses but beyond that what else do you know?

Scientists give us facts on things that we don’t necessarily understand, but the realisation is that these are sometimes just theories.

Now I’m no scientist but it’s always puzzled me why we don’t find dinosaur bones or even human bones when digging up the garden. However it was explained to me that human bones are buried very deeply and that the dinosaurs were obliterated when the comet struck.

Somehow I think that’s only partly true as for centuries we have been burying people underground so this planet must be covered with bones. Anyway regarding the dinosaur bones have you ever wondered how it’s possible to find a full skeletal of a larger species of dinosaur that’s now exhibited if the larger species at that time had been obliterated? It makes no sense to me.

Could it have been placed there for us to find?

Now I know this may sound crazy but I have a theory, that Earth is not just a planet that we live on, it’s also our school, a place for our species to learn.

So isn’t it possible based on my theory that what we discover on Earth, objects items or structures are for us as humans to research and educate our minds?

With discoveries of dinosaur bones, crystal skulls, and unusual underground structures together with unusual UFO sightings, etc, don’t you sense that some of these things have been placed deliberately in order to be discovered?

Maybe I’m wrong, but if I’m right, what are we being schooled for and by whom?

But hey that’s just my theory, what do you think?

Itsy Mitsy Runs Away

I read the children’s book called, ‘Itsy Mitsy Runs Away.’

This children’s book was written and illustrated by Elanna Allen.

This delightful witty children’s book tells the story of a small girl that hates bedtime and decides to run away and go to a place where bedtime doesn’t exist.

With help from her dad, she packs a case with her favourite dinosaur and she’s off.

However as she heads for the door, her dad tells her of other things that she’d need to take with her; like food and lighting.

Will she ever make it beyond the door to a place where bedtime is a distant memory?

To find out what happens you’ll have to read the book or watch the story on Youtube then you can tell me what you think.

Do Viruses Come From Space?

The question is, “Do viruses come from space?”

It’s said that comet and meteorite impacts made life on earth.

So with that in mind isn’t it possible that they’re also destroying us too?

Is sickness or ill health created by our own life styles, or from something more sinister?

For I’ve observed that we have many illnesses on our planet, some incurable.

Pharmaceutical companies make a mint by producing cures in one form or another and if you can afford to pay for them you will, but there’s never a guarantee that they’d work.

Now I’m no scientist but I had a thought that these could be caused by one of two things;

Either an unscrupulous company had created and spread a new virus in order to receive funding for research.

Or microscopic bacteria had landed and thrived on planet Earth. Then when the conditions were right the spores dispersed across the world making contact with birds and wildlife.

Where upon sniffing or eating the spore it remained dormant within the animal until eaten by us humans; then mutation would begin the start of an incurable illness or defect that could be spread throughout generations.

Hey but that’s just my theory as I’m no scientist. Anyway let me know what you think.

Believe And You Can Be Anything

I read the children’s book called, ‘The Wonderful Things You Can Be.’

This children’s book was written and illustrated by Emily Winfield Martin.

This beautiful children’s book is a great read for parents as it expresses thoughts on what our children could experience through their journey to adulthood.

When my children were young I’d always told them that, they could be whatever they wanted to be; the world was their oyster.

We always want the best for our children, but the best gift of all is love, encouragement and support, and with these three things they will go far.

I’d recommend reading this book to children of all ages, for you never know this story may be the one they never forget.

So why not either read the book or watch the story on Youtube, then you can tell me what you want to become.
