What Is Skull Binding?

The question is, “What is Skull Binding?

I read an article about an ancient woman’s remains that’s estimated to be around 2,000 years old that had being discovered in central Russia’s Chelyabinsk region.

Scientists have dismissed the idea that this new discovery was of an alien female and suggest that her elongated skull was due to it being tied up.

Apparently this is what the tribes did to the children in those days. However there is no mention of any other remains found or if the same was done to the males.

Is it possible that the skull could be elongated at the time of birth whilst the babies’ soft spot on the head is still visible?

But wouldn’t the force of binding incur pain to the infant and possibly damage the brain if the skull was bound to elongate it?

Centuries ago Chinese women and young girls had their feet bound that kept them small. So with this in mind I don’t completely understand how a head becomes elongated and longer rather than smaller and shorter if bound?

The other thing that puzzles me is how do they know that this actually took place, are there records on this ancient tribe?

With no mention of rope or material fibres found should we believe everything we read?

What do you think?

A Not So Clever Rat

I read the children’s book called, “The Highway Rat.

This children’s book was written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler.

A delightful children’s book about a very bad Highway Rat that takes everything he wants from traveller’s including the traveller’s food.

However the greedy Highway Rat becomes unstuck when he meets a duck.

To save herself she takes him to meet her sister who lives in a cave that’s he’s heard is filled with lots of delicious food.

So what happens in the end?

You’ll have to read the book or watch the story on Youtube to find out, but I will say it’s a very clever ending.

So why not read the book or listen to it on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

Did Christopher Columbus See A UFO?

The question is, “Did Christopher Columbus See a UFO?”

I read an article about Christopher Columbus which I found to be very interesting.

Apparently even he had sighted an unidentified flying object in 1492.

He was with Pedro Gutierrez on the deck of his ship the Santa Maira when they observed at a distance a glimmering light, it vanished and reappeared several times during the night moving up and down.

As it was sighted four hours before any land was sighted he took it as a sign that they would soon reach land.

But don’t you find this interesting that even after such reports from another great man that we today with all our technology are so quick to dismiss the idea of UFO sightings and aliens.

But hey that’s just my opinion, what do you think?

What's A Detective Dog?

I read the children’s book called, “The Detective Dog.

This children’s book was written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Sara Ogilvie.

It’s a delightful story about a dog called Nell who turns detective.

When books go missing at a school Nell turns detective and follows the scent of the missing books with the school children and teacher following close behind.

When they find the books the book thief is found reading them. He’s very sorry that he took the books he only wanted to borrow them to read and had intended to bring them back the following day.

However instead of reprimanding the book thief, Nell the dog detective takes him to a library where he can take books out whenever he wants for free.

What a great story.

Why not go to the library and read the book or listen to it on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

Are Aliens A Myth?

The question is, “Are Aliens a Myth?”

I’ve read many articles about whether aliens existed or not with suggestions that alien’s are just a myth or are a figment of our own imagination?

Well now I could agree if it wasn’t for the fact that in 329 BC in Central Asia, Alexander the Great recorded seeing two silver shields spitting fire around the rims in the sky diving repeatedly at his army.

Or that in England in 1676 Edmund Halley the discoverer of the Halley’s Comet saw an UFO that was said to have a vast body apparently bigger than the moon. He also recalled seeing an unidentified flying object on a second occasion too.

So did these great men have an even greater imagination then we do or would you conclude that aliens do exist?

What do you think?

I read the children’s book called, “Superworm,” the other day.

This children’s book was written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler.

It’s a delightful story about a worm called Superworm.

He’s super long and has super strength and likes helping his insect and bug friends in the garden. But then a wizard lizard captures Superworm and puts him under a spell to make him dig tunnels to look for treasure.

How can the garden creatures break the spell and save Superworm from the wizard lizard and also from being eaten by the wizard’s servant crow?

To find out what happens next why don't you read the story or listen to it on YouTube, then you can tell me what you think.

What Are The 24 Black Granite Boxes For?

The question is, “What are the 24 black granite boxes for?”

Found 12 miles south of the Great Pyramid of Giza and buried within a hillside, 24 black granite boxes were found.

Each box made from one piece of granite weighs more than 100 tons.

Believed to be left on Earth by an alien race the function of these boxes are unclear, however they were cut with such precision that they would remain airtight for many millennia.

On each box hieroglyphics are displayed but are of such poor quality that it has been suggested that it’s graffiti?

However we know that these granite boxes were not created for the Kings and Queens of Egypt.

So who were they created for and if they are alien when will they return?

What do you think?

I Hate Bullies

I read the children’s book called, “Don’t be a Bully Billy.

Written by Phil Roxbee Cox and illustrated by Jan McCafferty.

This children’s story is a cautionary tale about a bully called Billy. He makes all the children at school unhappy and sad.

Then one day a new kid arrives and Billy as usual bullies him taking away his ball which he refuses to give back, but that was until he meets the new kid’s big brother who I’d say is sort of out of this world!

I say hooray for the new kid.

Unfortunately bullies come in all shapes and sizes and can be found in all types of establishments and environments.

So if you’re worried about bullying, why not read this book or listen to the story on Youtube with your child then after you can calmly ask random questions about school, this way you may learn the truth.
